Prodi General Lecture. S1 Management: How to Maximize HR Potential at Work and Company Business Performance?
On Saturday, date. 04 June 2022, Study Program. Undergraduate Management has held a public lecture with the theme “How to Maximize HR Potential at Work and Company Business Performance? Which is carried out virtually or via Zoom Cloud Meeting. This public lecture was attended by 84 participants, with participants not only coming from Study Program students. Management S1 Faculty of Economics & Widyatama University Business, but also attended by student participants from other campuses, such as BINUS, Yogyakarta State University, and UNPAR, as well as other general participants. As for the speakers or speakers in this public lecture event, Mr. Aden Ruhimat, an alumnus of Study Program. Management S1 FEB Widyatama University, who serves as Learning Consultant PT. Bank Syarian Indonesia Tbk, and is active in various organizations, both internal and external to the company, such as the Chairman of the BSI Club & BSI Muda, CEO of BSI Mosque. The presentation of the material begins with giving enthusiasm and motivation to the participants which makes public lectures even more interesting to participate in. Then, the speakers also shared their insights and experience in managing and managing HR, as well as optimizing the potential of HR in their company.
The public lecture event moderated by Mr. Darwis Agustriyana, S.AB., M.M, permanent lecturer at Study Program. Widyatama University’s S1 Management FEB took place with great enthusiasm and enthusiasm, as well as the appreciation given by the presenters to the participants in the public lecture who were active in asking questions. It is hoped that holding this public lecture event can develop the character of students who have a high spirit to be able to compete in work or career later.
