Widyatama University’s Undergraduate Management Study Program is one of the best Management study programs in Indonesia, in accordance with the Vision of the Study Program and this is evidenced by the Accreditation rating of the Undergraduate Management Study Program which is always A by BAN PT, and the large number of applicants who try to enter the Bachelor Management Study Program every Admission New students at Widyatama University, Undergraduate Management Study Program also won the title of Best Business and Management School from MIX SWA magazine, an undergraduate Management study program already exists and has contributed to educating the nation in the field of management at the initiative of the founder (late) Prof. Dr. Hj. Koesbandijah Abdoel Kadir, MS, Ak., Chairman of the Governing Body of the Widyatama Foundation which in 1979 managed the Bandung College of Economics (STIEB) with the Bachelor of Accounting program and the Bachelor of Management program. And it is the main goal of high school students to continue their studies at the undergraduate level in the field of Management. The educational activities organized by the above educational institutions aim to equip students with knowledge and skills that are relevant to the needs of society (competence-based), able to adapt to the work environment later and be able to keep abreast of progress in a global atmosphere.

S1 Management Study Program Mission

  • Organizing undergraduate level management higher education programs in the fields of Marketing Management, Financial Management, Human Resource Management, Operational Management, Entrepreneurship and International Business.
  • Develop institutional cooperation to create linkages and relevance of education to the needs of industry and society.
    Applying the SCL (Student Centered Learning) learning method and internships in the industry.
  • Striving for a learning process by involving practitioners from industry as guest lecturers in certain subjects and always updating the curriculum and learning plans to build graduate excellence in the fields of Management and Business.
  • Carrying out research and community service activities that support the development and application of knowledge in the fields of Management and Business by involving students in research and community service programs, and activating the role of a business incubator.
