Widyatama Mengajar 2016
The Widyatama Mengajar teaching activity takes an interactive and participatory approach that focuses not only on theory but also on practical application. In each session, lecturers present material clearly and engagingly, then involve students in question-and-answer sessions to deepen their understanding. Lecturers also talk with students about their aspirations, helping them connect their interests and career goals with suitable fields of study and levels of education. These interactions create a learning atmosphere that supports students’ personal and professional growth, motivating them to achieve academically and to prepare their next steps in education and career.

Field Study (KKL)
The Field Study (Kuliah Kerja Lapangan, KKL) in the Bachelor of Management programme at Universitas Widyatama is a field-based practicum that gives students first-hand experience of the world of work. During KKL, students take part in a range of activities at partner companies or organisations, such as observation, analysis, and solving real problems the business faces. The activity is designed to connect classroom theory with practice in the field, so that students develop professional skills, understand industry dynamics, and build networks that will benefit their future careers.
