Study Program General Lecture. S1 Management: December 13, 2022

The Undergraduate Management Study Program, together with the D3 Management Study Program and the D3 and Undergraduate Accounting Study Program, have held an International General Lecturer or public lecture event on Tuesday, date. December 13, 2022 which took place in Building A Floor 4 Seminar Room at Widyatama University by inviting 2 (two) speakers from two different multinational companies, namely the Global Peace Foundation (GPF) and PT. Grab Technology. This event was held in a hybrid manner with a total of 486 students participating, consisting of 304 students taking part offline, while the remaining 182 students took part online.

Before the public lecture was held, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the partners and Widyatama University, followed by the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between the partners and the Faculty of Economics & Widyama University Business (FEB Utama). With the signing of the MoU and MoA, it is hoped that in the future the Widyatama University campus and its partners can collaborate and establish better cooperative relations, especially in terms of developing Tri Dharma Higher Education activities.

The public lecture program starts at 11:00 p.m. 09.30 which began with remarks given by Dra. Fennieka Kristianto, S.H., M.A., M.Kn as Chair of the Global Peace Foundation (GPF), which was then followed by remarks from Prof. Dr. H. Dadang Suganda, M.Hum as Chancellor of Widyatama University. Then, the event which was previously opened by Dr. H. Nuryaman, S.E., M.Si, as the Dean of the Faculty of Economics & Business, followed by presentation of material delivered by Mawaddi Lubby, Partner Engagement West Territory from PT. Grab Technology, as the resource person, guided by Oliver Hasan, S.E., M.Sc as the moderator with the theme “Creative Thinking, Enhancing Your Capability in the Digital Era”. Meanwhile, for the second material presentation with the theme “Moral and Innovative Leadership for SDG’S delivered by Sharleen Tomobe who acts as Program Development Coordinator, International Office of Global Peace Foundation located in Japan.

Before the event ended with a group photo session with the public lecture participants, a game session was held and door prize distribution was held for the participants who took part in the International General Lecturer or this public lecture.
